Abstract:
Provided is a multi-phase motor switching device which can switch a plurality of coil parts constituting coils of each phase of a multi-phase motor between a series connection and a parallel connection. The multi-phase motor switching device (1) is used in a multi-phase motor (10) having a first phase coil, a second phase coil, and a third phase coil. The multi-phase motor switching device (1) includes: a first switching unit (81) for switching a plurality of first coil parts (36U, 37U), constituting the first phase coil, between a series connection and a parallel connection; a second switching unit (82) for switching a plurality of second coil parts (36V, 37V), constituting a second phase coil, between a series connection and a parallel connection; and a third switching unit (83) for switching a plurality of third coil parts (36W, 37W), constituting the third phase coil, between a series connection and a parallel connection.
