Abstract:
A multi-phase pulse width buck regulation circuit and a regulation method therefor. The circuit comprises one pulse width regulation buck controller for controlling a multi-phase DC pulse width regulation circuit; each phase of the multi-phase DC pulse width regulation circuit comprises one output inductor and one output capacitor respectively; a first phase DC pulse width regulation circuit comprises a pair of power field effect tubes, and the other phase DC pulse width regulation circuits respectively comprise two or more pairs of power field effect tubes. According to the solution of the present application, parallel N-MOSFETs are used to reduce transmission impedance and an inductor with a low induction value having small inductive reactance and rapid charge and discharge is used to perform real-time regulation on the pulse width buck regulation circuit for different application environments and charge an output circuit in a timely fashion when a load current demand increases so as to ensure the stable work of the output circuit.
