A multi-point kneading and vibration massage device (1). The massage device (1) comprises a control and driving mechanism and a massage mechanism, which are in a fitted connection; and the massage device (1) further comprises a hard inner shell (2) and a soft outer shell (3), wherein the soft outer shell (3) wraps around the hard inner shell (2). The control and driving mechanism is mounted in the hard inner shell (2), and the massage mechanism comprises a massage shaft (4) and a vibration portion (5). The massage shaft (4) is bent, and the massage shaft (4) is controlled by the control and driving mechanism to realize a rotation action; and the vibration portion (5) is controlled by the control and driving mechanism to realize a vibration action. Both the massage shaft (4) and the vibration portion (5) are exposed at the top of the hard inner shell (2), and the soft outer shell (3) is provided with sleeves, which are respectively correspondingly fitted to the massage shaft (4) and the vibration portion (5). The massage device (1) can provide multi-point massage and has various massage modes. The massage shaft (4) and the vibration portion (5) cooperate to generate massage effects similar to squeezing, kneading and vibration, such that the user experience is better.
