Abstract:
Provided is a multi-pole connector that comprises: a connector main body (10) that has a first end surface and a second end surface; a plurality of contacts (13) that are arranged along and led out to the first end surface of the connector main body (10); and a ground plate (12). The multipole connector is connected to a cable (20) in which a ground mesh (23) that constitutes an outer conductor serving as a ground, and a core wire that is a signal line (21), are insulated from each other by an inner cover (22) and are covered from the outside by an outer cover (24). The multi-pole connector is characterized in that: the signal line (21) is connected to signal line contacts (13S) of the plurality of contacts (13); the ground mesh (23) is integrally connected to the top of the ground plate (12); and the ground plate (12) is connected to at least one ground contact (13G) of the plurality of contacts (13).
