Provided in the present invention is a multi-pole substrate electrical connector, comprising a male plug and a female socket plugged into and fitted with each other. The male plug comprises a first insulating body, a first shielding housing fixed onto the first insulating body, at least two columns of first connecting terminals fixed onto the first insulating body, and a first isolation board located between the at least two columns of first connecting terminals and disposed on the first insulating body for grounding. The female socket comprises a second insulating body, a second shielding housing fixed onto the second insulating body, at least two columns of second connecting terminals fixed onto the second insulating body, and a second isolation board located between the at least two columns of second connecting terminals and disposed on the second insulating body for grounding. When the male plug and the female socket are plugged into and fitted with each other, the first isolation board is in electrical contact with the second isolation board. According to the present invention, the isolation performance of a connector can be effectively improved.
