A multi-position single-way valve for medical device cleaning equipment comprises a valve body mount (1) fixed to a cleaner and a valve body assembly (2) provided on the valve body mount (1). The valve body mount (1) is provided with a motor (3), a photoelectric indexer (6), a liquid flow transfer assembly (4) and a valve body assembly (2) in sequence. The liquid flow transfer assembly (4) communicates with a liquid suction pump. The valve body assembly (2) comprises a valve housing (21) provided on the valve body mount (1) and a valve core (22) provided on a driving shaft (52). The valve housing (21) is provided with at least three diversion holes (211) corresponding to the position of water inlets (43). The valve core (22) comprises a mounting plate (221) fixed to the driving shaft (52), pin shafts (222) provided on the mounting plate (221), and movable rollers (223) provided on the pin shafts (222). The outer edge of the movable roller (223) is matched and linked with the cavity of the valve housing (21). The multi-position single-way valve for medical device cleaning equipment can ensure a stable pressure inside the lumen, with good cleaning effect and high degree of automation.
