Abstract:
A multi-purpose pump implementing liquid level detection by means of photoelectric sensing, comprising a housing (1), an upper cover (2), a motor (3), a pin (4), a motor plug board (5), a power wire (6), a power plug board (7), a water pump control circuit board (8), an electric control box (9), and a lead (10). The motor (3) is disposed in the inner cavity of the housing (1). The water pump control circuit board (8) is mounted in the enclosed cavity formed by the upper cover (2) and the housing (1). The water pump control circuit board (8) is electrically connected to the pin (4) by means of the motor plug board (5). The power wire (6) is mounted on the upper cover (2) and connected to the water pump control circuit board (8) by means of the power plug board (7). The electric control box (9) is disposed on one side of the lower part of the housing (1) and connected to the water pump control circuit board (8) by means of the lead (10). The water pump control circuit board (8) and the motor (3) are not in the same cavity, the cooling lubricant inside the motor (3) will not touch the water pump control circuit board (8), the service life of the water pump control circuit board (8) can be effectively prolonged, and there is no need to dismantle the whole pump during replacement, facilitating adjustment and maintenance.
