Abstract:
A multi-purpose vehicle in which measures are taken for isolation of noise and vibration of power units such as an engine and a transmission and in which a travel body has a good front-rear weight balance. The multi-purpose vehicle (1) has the engine (5) mounted on the travel body (2), the transmission (7) for transmitting rotation of the engine (5) to travel wheels (3, 4), a steering wheel (26), an operation seat (34), and a load-carrying platform (52) placed behind the operation seat (34). The engine (5) and the transmission (7) are received in an engine compartment (8) having an enclosed structure and placed below the load-carrying platform (52).
