Abstract:
Voice activated lighting apparatus (100), methods and systems are described. A voice activated lighting apparatus (100) includes a housing (122) that encloses a WiFi module (216) operably connected to a MCU (234), at least one microphone (201), at least one speaker component (230), and at least one wireless communication module (220). Also included is a lighting component (106) operably connected to the MCU (234) which includes at least a first group of LEDs (130) and a second group of LEDs (128) that are separately controllable by the MCU (234), the first group of LEDs (130) are controllable via voice commands of a user to provide illumination, and the second group of LEDs (128) are controllable via voice commands of the user to provide at least one indication.
