Abstract:
A multi-ratchet one-way clutch, comprising a driving ratchet (1, 5), a pawl (2, 6), an elastic element (3, 7), a pawl seat (4, 8), and a driven ratchet set. The driven ratchet set comprises a first driven ratchet (11, 51) and a second driven ratchet (12, 52); when the multi-ratchet one-way clutch rotates along an idling direction, the driving ratchet (1, 5) drives the first driven ratchet (11, 51) and the second driven ratchet (12, 52) to rotate, so that the tooth tops of the first driven ratchet (11, 51) and the tooth tops of the second driven ratchet (12, 52) are complementary in the axial direction, the pawl moves on the tooth tops of the first driven ratchet (11, 51) and the tooth tops of the second driven ratchet (12, 52), and the pawl (2, 6) does not contact the driving ratchet (1, 5).
