A portable multi-reagent colorimetric tube, which comprises an outer tube (1) for containing a first reagent (1.1) and/or a sample to be tested and an inner tube (2) for containing at least one other reagent, wherein the upper end of the outer tube (1) is provided with an opening for inserting the inner tube (2), the first reagent (1.1) is a liquid, and the other reagents have a solid structure; and further comprises steel beads (8) for stirring and mixing the reagents, wherein the steel beads (8) are placed inside the inner tube (2), a first position-limiting mechanism for storing the other reagents and the steel beads inside the inner tube (2) is provided inside the inner tube (2), the steel beads (8) are placed below the other reagents, and a material ejecting mechanism for ejecting the steel beads (8) and the other reagents out to enable them to fall into the first reagent (1.1) is provided at the upper end of the inner wall of the inner tube (2).
