Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-roller straightening machine, comprising a frame, an upper roller box, and an upper roller box driving device. The upper roller box driving device comprises a lifting/lowering seat, a lifting/lowering driving structure, and screw transmission structures; the upper roller box is installed on the lifting/lowering seat; each screw transmission structure comprises a transmission screw and a transmission nut which can fit with each other; the lifting/lowering seat is fixedly connected to the transmission screws; the transmission nuts are fixedly installed on the frame; the lifting/lowering driving structure is installed on the frame and is transmittingly connected to the transmission screws; each transmission screw is sleeved with a compression spring; one end of the compression spring abuts against the frame, and the other end of the compression spring abuts against a pressing plate connected to the transmission screws. In addition, the present invention also relates to a high-strength steel plate and strip heat treatment production system provided with the multi-roller straightening machine. According to the multi-roller straightening machine provided by the present invention, by sleeving the transmission screw with the compression spring, the fitting clearance between the transmission screw and the transmission nut can be well eliminated, and the lifting/lowering movement reliability and the lifting/lowering precision of the lifting/lowering seat and the upper roller box are improved, thereby improving the straightening precision of the straightening machine.
