Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application is a multi-scale data analysis method, comprising: acquiring combination parameters of a plurality of first samples and a plurality of second samples, wherein the combination parameters are used to represent pair combinations between the plurality of first samples and the plurality of second samples; and displaying the combination parameters on a target table, wherein row headings of the target table are used to record information of the plurality of first samples, and column headings of the target table are used to record information of the plurality of second samples; and the target table comprises a plurality of cells, each cell being used to represent a combination parameter of a first sample in a row header of the cell and a second sample in a column header of the cell. Further provided in the embodiments of the present application are an apparatus, a terminal and a medium. The binding energy of a plurality of drug molecules with a plurality of viral proteins is visually displayed by means of the target table. Thus, the current situation in which only a single drug molecule may be docked with a single viral protein at a time is overcome, and the simulation and display efficiency of the binding of drug molecules and viral proteins is improved.
