Abstract:
A multi-scale flexible photosensitive mechanical pressure sensor, comprising a flexible sensing layer (1), an optical fiber group (2) and an optical fiber terminal (3); the flexible sensing layer (1) comprises a flexible supporting layer (101) and a sensor unit group provided on the flexible supporting layer (101), the sensor unit group comprising a plurality of sensor units (104); the optical fiber group (2) comprises a plurality of optical fibers corresponding to the sensor units (104), one end of each of the optical fibers being connected to the optical fiber terminal (3), and the other end thereof being sequentially wound around each of the sensor units (104); and the optical fiber terminal (3) is provided with an optical fiber power supply module and an optical fiber state monitoring module. Complex environment adaptability of pressure measurement is achieved by applying a flexible material to the pressure sensor; and a flexible photosensitive pressure measurement technology is achieved by combining the flexible material with the optical fiber sensing technology.
