Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-scale and multi-phase dispersion strengthened iron-based alloy, and a preparation and representation method therefor. The alloy contains a substrate and a strengthening phase; the strengthening phase comprises at least two strengthening phase particles having different sizes; particles having a particle size less than or equal to 50 nm in the two strengthening phase particles having different sizes account for 85-95% of the total volume of all the strengthening particles; the substrate is Fe-Cr-W-Ti alloy; the strengthening phase comprises Y2O3crystal, Y-Ti-O phase, Y-Cr-O phase, and Y-W-O phase. The representation method comprises: separating the strengthening phase in an alloy by means of electrolysis, and is represented by using an electron microscope. The tensile strength of the alloy prepared in the present invention is greater than 1,600 MPa at room temperature and greater than 600 MPa at 700ºC, and the comprehensive mechanical properties are obviously superior to the same brand number and type of alloy.
