Abstract:
Disclosed is a multi-seam independent gas-bearing system pressure control and single-pump production device, comprising an inner sleeve (8) and an outer sleeve (7), wherein an oil tube (6) is arranged inside the inner sleeve, a sucker rod (5) is arranged inside the oil tube, a bottom end of the sucker rod is connected to a tubing pump (13), a sand setting tube (15) is arranged at the bottom of the tubing pump, and a sieve tube (14) is further arranged above the sand setting tube (15); a first packer (11) and a second packer (12) are arranged between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve; and a pressure meter cable (1) and an annular flow-limiting valve cable (2) are further fixedly arranged on an inner side sleeve wall of the inner sleeve, a bottom end of the pressure meter cable is connected to a pressure meter (16), the pressure meter is fixedly mounted at a bottom end of an inner wall of the inner sleeve, and a bottom end of the annular flow-limiting valve cable is connected to an annular flow-limiting valve (9) of each independent gas-bearing system. Further disclosed is a multi-seam independent gas-bearing system pressure control and single-pump production method. According to the device and method, the annular flow-limiting valve is used to control the amount of water flowing into a pumping port of the inner sleeve; and an auxiliary gas production tube (10) can separate gas produced by each independent gas-bearing system, and a gas flow meter (3) is mounted at a top end of the auxiliary gas production tube and can monitor the amount of gas produced by each gas-bearing system.
