Abstract:
A multi-shaft variable-speed hot washing module and a hot washing method therefor. The multi-shaft variable-speed hot washing module comprises a storage assembly and a dewatering assembly, and further comprises one or more multi-shaft variable-speed hot washing machines, wherein the multi-shaft variable-speed hot washing machine is respectively connected to the storage assembly and the dewatering assembly. Batch materials are stored in the storage assembly, the materials are put into the one or more multi-shaft variable-speed hot washing machines from the storage assembly during cleaning, medicament water is added, the multi-shaft variable-speed hot washing machine achieves the functions of both hot washing machines and screw and friction machines, and the amount of mechanical friction on the materials during cleaning is large, thereby greatly improving the cleaning effect. The materials subjected to hot washing by the multi-shaft variable-speed hot washing machine are conveyed into the dewatering assembly to be dewatered, so that washing water is separated from the materials. According to the multi-shaft variable-speed hot washing module, the investment in an apparatus and the investment in occupied land are reduced; meanwhile, the hot washing efficiency is improved, the whole technological process is reasonable, compact and simple, and a great economic popularization value is achieved.
