Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a multi-split air conditioner and a control method therefor, relating to the technical field of air conditioners. The multi-split air conditioner comprises a plurality of outdoor heat exchangers connected in parallel to a refrigerant main circulation flow path; the parallel branch in which each outdoor heat exchanger is located is provided with a branch control valve capable of controlling the refrigerant flow amount flowing through the parallel branch; the control method comprises: determining a current superheating degree of the multi-split air conditioner; when the current superheating degree of the multi-split air conditioner deviates from a set target superheating degree, controlling the refrigerant flow amount of the branch control valve, such that the current superheating degree reaches the target superheating degree; and, on the basis of the refrigerant flow amount of each branch control valve, controlling the refrigerant flow amount of a gas supplementation control valve. The multi-split air conditioner control method provided in the present disclosure can ensure that the control of a gas supplementation control valve of each refrigerant flow branch of the multi-split air conditioner is mutually correlated, and the superheating degree is adjusted by means of controlling the degree of openness of each gas supplementation control valve, thereby improving the heat exchange capability and making best use of the heat exchange capability of the multi-split air conditioner.
