Abstract:
A multi-stage ammonia decarburization method, comprising: absorbing CO2 from a process gas in an absorber (2) by using ammonia as an absorbent, wherein the absorber comprises four or more stages of absorption, and a first-stage absorption (3), a second-stage absorption (8), a third-stage absorption (12), a fourth-stage absorption (16) and an optional higher-stage absorption are provided in the flowing direction of a process gas flow; and controlling the process gas temperature of the second-stage absorption (8) and the third-stage absorption (12) to be not lower than the process gas temperature of the first-stage absorption (3), and controlling the process gas temperatures of the fourth-stage absorption (16) and the optional higher-stage absorption to be lower than the process gas temperature of the first-stage absorption (3).
