Disclosed are a multi-stage compressor and an air-conditioner with the same. The multi-stage compressor comprises: a first-stage cylinder (10), comprising a first-stage compression chamber (11) and a first sliding vane (12) arranged in the first-stage compression chamber (11); a second-stage cylinder (20), comprising a second-stage compression chamber (21) and a second sliding vane (22) arranged in the second-stage compression chamber (21), wherein a refrigerant flowed out of the first-stage compression chamber (11) enters the second-stage compression chamber (21); and a linkage structure (30) arranged between the first sliding vane (12) and the second sliding vane (22), so as to enable the second sliding vane (22) to move along with the movement of the first sliding vane (12), and to keep in contact with a roller (24) in the second-stage compression chamber (21). According to the invention, the problem that in a high-pressure stage cylinder, a sliding vane is separated from a roller and collides the roller, thus affecting normal operation of a compressor and generating noise, and in turn affecting long-term reliability of the compressor, is effectively solved.
