Abstract:
A multi-stage diaphragm pump has a casing in which is provided a plurality of gas chambers, wherein each gas chamber has a gas inlet valve, a gas outlet valve and an elastic diaphragm (6), the elastic diaphragm (6) of each gas chamber is connected to one transmission assembly (8, 8') which is connected to a rotating shaft (2) driven by an electric motor (1). At least two stages of upper and lower gas chambers (9, 9') are provided, each of which includes four gas chambers being equally spaced in circumference. Accordingly, the rotating shaft (2) is provided with two stages of upper and lower eccentric cams, each of which includes two upper and lower opposite eccentric cams, and two adjacent transmission assemblies in one stage are sleeved on one respective eccentric cam.
