Abstract:
Disclosed is a multi-stage nanoreactor catalyst capable of directly converting a synthesis gas into aromatic hydrocarbons in one step, and the preparation and application thereof. The catalyst consists of a core layer of an iron-based Fischer-Tropsch catalyst, a transition layer of a porous oxide or porous carbon material and a molecular sieve shell layer having an aromatization function. The molecular sieve of the shell layer can be further modified by a metal element or a non-metal element, and the outer surface of the molecular sieve is further modified by a silicon oxide to adjust the acidic sites on the outer surface and the pore size of the molecular sieve, thereby inhibiting the formation of heavy aromatic hydrocarbons. A preparation method for the catalyst can prepare a transition layer, and a shell layer molecular sieve with or without an auxiliary agent in the shell layer and with or without surface modification, by means of an iron-based Fischer-Tropsch catalyst via multiple steps. The catalyst can be used in directly preparing aromatic compounds from the synthesis gas, especially light aromatic hydrocarbon compounds; the light aromatic hydrocarbons can have a selectivity of more than 75% in the hydrocarbons and a content of not less than 95% in the liquid phase product; and the catalyst has good stability and good industrial application prospects.
