Abstract:
A multi-stage treatment process for the pre-enrichment, roasting and sorting of lean ores, which relates to the technical field of multi-stage treatments for iron ores. Specifically provided is a treatment process for the pre-enrichment, roasting and sorting of lean ores, which process comprises the following steps: S1, a crushing and grinding operation; S2, a pre-enrichment operation; S3, suspension magnetization roasting; S4, a regrinding and magnetic separation operation; and S5, flotation for defluorination. A roasting feed is prepared through an efficient crushing and grinding operation and a magnetic separation pre-enrichment operation, and part of the gangue is thrown away in advance, such that the iron grade of the ores is improved, and efficiency improvement and energy consumption reduction of the subsequent process are facilitated; and a high-pressure roller mill performs multi-material-layer crushing on materials, such that microcracks in particles are increased, the internal diffusion efficiency and the external diffusion efficiency of a reducing gas and gas products on a gas-solid interface are improved, and the reaction rate is increased, whereby the effect of strengthening the reduction is achieved.
