Title:
MULTI-STANDARD NETWORK CONTROL METHOD, AND NETWORK MANAGEMENT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/098640
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a multi-standard network control method and a network management device, for improving the energy saving effect of a wireless communication system. The method is applied to the network management device, wherein a base station managed by the network management device supports multiple standards of networks. For any standard of network supported by the base station, the method comprises: the network management device acquiring an engineering parameter and a configuration parameter of each cell in a base station managed by the network management device; determining, according to the engineering parameter and the configuration parameter of the cell supporting this standard of network, a first type of frequency band and a second type of frequency band from multiple operating frequency bands corresponding to this standard of network, wherein a cell corresponding to the first type of frequency band satisfies continuous coverage, and the proportion of terminal devices supporting the first type of frequency band in the cell corresponding to the second type of frequency band is greater than a set value, and the first type of frequency band satisfies the interoperation between this standard of network and other standards of networks; and controlling the base station to reserve the first type of frequency band and turn off the second type of frequency band.
