Abstract:
A multi-station forging apparatus for an automobile aluminum alloy wheel hub, comprising: an upper die assembly and a lower die assembly. The lower die assembly is provided with a plurality of forging stations, and the upper die assembly and the plurality of forging stations of the lower die assembly cooperate to complete a plurality of forging processes. The upper die assembly comprises: an upper die plate (1), an upper die base (2) being fixedly connected below the upper die plate; an upper die (7), which is provided on the lower surface of the upper die base; a die frame (8), which is disposed below the upper die plate and which is located outside the upper die base; a spring seat (4), which is provided between the upper die base and the die frame, the spring seat being internally provided with a first return spring (5); a discharge ring (6), which is provided outside the upper die base and is connected to the lower surface of the spring seat; and a pair of half die ring splitting-combining components, which are symmetrically arranged on two sides below the die frame, each half die ring splitting-combining component being provided with a half die (16), the two half dies being combined to form a half die ring, so that a cavity is formed between the half die ring and the upper die. The forging apparatus can conveniently process wheel hubs and increase production efficiency.
