Abstract:
A multi-station non-stop printing processing technique and a processing system using the processing technique. The processing system comprises a first processing unit, a second processing unit, and an impression cylinder (6, 13). Each of the processing units comprises a film supply apparatus, a pressure roller (4, 11), a stripping roller (5, 12), and a solidification apparatus (3, 10) that form an independent group. Each of the film supply apparatuses comprises a rolling apparatus (2, 9) and an unrolling apparatus (1, 8) that are independently driven and can rotate forward and backward. The pressure rollers (4, 11), the stripping rollers (5, 12) and the solidification apparatuses (3, 10) are mounted in a lifting manner. When a base material is processed, the impression cylinder (6, 13) is located below the base material, and the processed base material is located between the processing unit used for processing the base material and the impression cylinder (6, 13). In the processing technique, films are alternately supplied by film supply apparatuses of more than one processing apparatus, and in this manner, the effects of automatic reel alternation and simulated positioning can be achieved in a non-stop condition, and the problem of waste of time, materials and labor due to stop for reel alternation is solved, thereby reducing production cost and the rejection rate, and improving the production efficiency.
