Abstract:
A multi-station self-positioning floating clamping and workpiece self-overturning intelligent tool clamp system comprising a linear motion device (I), a workpiece self-overturning device (II) and a self-positioning floating clamping device (IV), wherein the bottom of the workpiece self-overturning device (II) is connected to the linear motion device (I) and is driven by the linear motion device (I) to move horizontally, the self-positioning floating clamping device (IV) clamps a workpiece (III), the workpiece self-overturning device (II) and the self-positioning floating clamping device (IV) are oppositely arranged, the workpiece self-overturning device (II) can clamp the workpiece (III) and drive the workpiece (III) to overturn, the workpiece self-overturning device (II) comprises a rotary air cylinder (II-01), the rotary air cylinder (II-01) is connected to a hydraulic cylinder, a piston rod (II-09) of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to a mechanical claw opening and closing finger (II-09) by means of a hinge mechanism, and the hydraulic cylinder reciprocates to drive the mechanical claw opening and closing finger (II-09) to be opened and closed so as to clamp or loosen the workpiece (III).
