Title:
MULTI-STATION STAMPING DEVICE BASED ON SIX-AXIS INDUSTRIAL ROBOT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/241893
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of stamping apparatuses, and particularly provides a multi-station stamping device based on a six-axis industrial robot. Aimed at the problems that feeding and discharging stamping processes of an existing stamped workpiece cannot be synchronously carried out, a middle link takes too much time, and a stamping device is low in stamping efficiency and is not beneficial for use and popularization, such that the following solution is herein put forward: the multi-station stamping device comprises a base, a fixing seat is fixedly mounted at a center position of the top of the base, a through groove is provided at the bottom of the fixing seat, a mounting seat is fixedly mounted at the top of the base, one side of the mounting seat penetrates the through groove and extends to one side of the fixing seat, and the mounting seat and the fixing seat are both hollow. By means of the present invention, feeding, discharging and stamping can be carried out synchronously, thereby greatly saving the time consumed in the middle link, achieving a high automation degree and a low labor intensity, and greatly improving the stamping efficiency of a multi-station stamping device body. Therefore, the multi-station stamping device is worthy of wide use and popularization.
