Abstract:
A multi-storey garage and a control method thereof are provided. The garage comprises a storehouse (1), fixed machines (2) for vehicle's lateral moving, movable machines (3) for vehicle's lateral moving and a lifting device (4). The storehouse (1) comprises parking platforms (11), each platform (11) is provided with a fixed machine (2) which comprises a first supporting frame and a first series of conveyor belts (24) for conveying the vehicle horizontally. The movable machine (3) comprises a second supporting frame and a second series of conveyor belts (33) for conveying the vehicle horizontally, and at least one of the fixed machine (2) and the movable machine (3) comprises a power device (21) for vehicle's lateral moving. The lifting device(4) comprises a lifting body and a lifting power unit(41) which drives the lifting body, and the second supporting frame is mounted on the lifting body, the lifting power unit (41) drives the movable machine(3) up and down vertically by the lifting body. The first series of conveyor belts (24) aligns and engages with the second series of conveyor belts (33), and the first series of conveyor belts (24) and second series of conveyor belts (33) move along a same direction in a synchronous manner when the vehicle enters into or exits from the garage.
