Abstract:
Disclosed is a multi-temperature-zone dynamic heating plastic suction mold for automobile parts. The plastic suction mold comprises a base; a plurality of hydraulic telescopic rods are slidably mounted on the base; a heating cover is jointly mounted at the upper ends of the plurality of hydraulic telescopic rods; a pressure adjusting cavity is formed in the heating cover; an elastic air bag is mounted in the pressure adjusting cavity, and a plurality of liquid guide pipes are symmetrically mounted on the outer side of the elastic air bag; the end of each liquid guide pipe away from the elastic air bag is separately sleeved with an adjusting pipe in a sealed manner, and a plurality of thermal control electric columns are embedded in the bottom end of each adjusting pipe at equal intervals. According to the present invention, pressure synchronization holes and a female die groove are communicated by means of metal inserting pipes and the adjusting pipes, so that a heating function is enabled in an automatic partition diffusion manner during vacuum forming, a plastic plate is gradually softened from the center to the outside, the plastic plate can be attached from the middle to the periphery, more accurate forming can be achieved, and electric energy is saved.
