Abstract:
The present invention relates to: an exterior building material comprising multi-thermochromic beads (B) thermally changing various colors according to temperature; a manufacturing method therefor; and a use of the multi-thermochromic beads. The present invention provides an exterior building material, and a manufacturing method therefor, the exterior building material comprising: a polymer support (100); and a plurality of thermochromic particles (P) supported in the polymer support (100), and thermally changing different colors according to temperature, wherein the thermochromic particles (P) comprise multi-thermochromic beads (B) which have a core (10), comprising a thermochromic material and a phase change material, and a polymer shell (20) formed on the surface of the core (10). The present invention changes various colors according to temperature so as to actively control the temperature of a building, thereby improving thermal insulation and a heating property and to obtain a beautiful appearance and the like.
