The present invention relates to a multi-unit for performing a biochemical test and an immune response test, and a test method using the same, the multi-unit comprising: an upper strip (10) including a plurality of first strip wells (12) each containing an indicator for a biochemical test; a lower strip (20) including a plurality of second strip wells (22) each containing a DNA fragment or an antibody for an immune response test; and a strip container (30) which includes a plurality of third strip wells (32) each containing plasma reacting with the indicator, DNA fragment, or antibody and to which the upper strip (10) and the lower strip (20) are successively insertion-coupled, wherein the upper strip (120) and the lower strip (20a) are coupled such that the lower surface of the bottom of the upper strip (10) and the upper surface of the bottom of the lower strip (20) are spaced apart from each other. The multi-unit for performing a biochemical test and an immune response test and the test method using the same according to the present invention enable all of a biochemical test, an immuno-serological test, a special chemical test, and a genetic test, except for a morphological test method for counting the number of blood cells, to be carried out simultaneously or separately in one device.
