Abstract:
Provided is a multicar elevator system in which a plurality of cars is installed in an elevator shaft, wherein stable wireless communication can be performed between the control device and the plurality of cars. The plurality of cars comprises a car position detection unit 113 and a communication direction selection unit 115 that selects the transmission route direction on the basis of detection results of an inter-car distance detection unit 114. The communication direction selection unit 115 selects the transmission route direction on the basis of the inter-car distance with an adjacent car. A wireless signal transceiver 116 and an antenna selection unit 117 select one of a pair of antennas 111, 112 to be used for wireless communication according to the selection results of the communication direction selection unit 115 and perform transmission and reception of necessary information between the control panel and the other car.
