A multichannel LED backlight source drive circuit and a liquid crystal display device. The backlight source drive circuit comprises multiple LED lamp strips, multiple constant-current source circuits, a 2D/3D reference conversion circuit, a multi-choice current circuit, and an LED control unit. The multiple constant-current source circuits sample current of each of the LED lamp strips, and adjust current of a corresponding LED lamp strip after comparing the current with a reference source signal of the multiple constant-current source circuits. The 2D/3D reference conversion circuit is used for adjusting a reference value of the reference source signal of the constant-current source circuits according to an input 2D/3D signal. The multi-choice current circuit is used for selecting a minimum current value of the multiple LED lamp strips, and feeding back a signal corresponding to the obtained minimum current value to the LED control unit. The LED control unit compares the signal fed back by the multi-choice current circuit with a set reference to generate a corresponding voltage adjustment signal, and adjusts the voltage of the multiple LED lamp strips.
