Abstract:
A multicolor expression-based three-dimensional printing method and system. The method comprises the steps of: determining all triangular surfaces in a three-dimensional object model grid, and numbering each triangular surface (S1); selecting triangular surfaces or triangular surface groups needing to be colored from all the triangular surfaces, and setting color expression data for the selected triangular surfaces or triangular surface groups (S2); and controlling at least one spray nozzle to carry out three-dimensional printing on a three-dimensional object according to the numbers and the color expression data (S3). In the method, triangular surfaces can be freely selected from a three-dimensional object, a coloring solution is determined for different triangular surfaces of the whole three-dimensional object, so that a spray nozzle is controlled to print specified triangular surfaces by using different materials.
