Abstract:
Provided is a multicomponent laser gas analyzer that efficiently transmits the intensities of laser light coupled to the same optical axis, increases signal strengths for target gases being measured, and reduces noise, thereby simultaneously and stably measuring a plurality of gas concentrations. First detection light that passes through the through-hole in a light-emitting-unit hole-containing parabolic mirror and the through-hole in a light-receiving-unit hole-containing parabolic mirror during a given period is received by a first light-receiving element, and second detection light that passes through the light-emitting-unit hole-containing parabolic mirror and the light-receiving-unit hole-containing parabolic mirror during a different period is received by a second light-receiving unit. This multicomponent laser gas analyzer individually measures the respective concentrations of first and second target gases on the basis of first and second detection signals received from the first and second light-receiving elements by period.
