This multicore cable 10 waterproofing structure 11 is equipped with: a multicore cable 10 obtained by enclosing a power wire 13 and a signal wire 14 in a sheath 15; a heat-shrinkable tubing 18 which has a sheath-covering section 19 for covering the sheath 15, and an electric wire-covering section 20 which is contiguous with the sheath-covering section 19 and covers the power wire 13 and the signal wire 14 which have been drawn from the front end section 16 of the sheath 15; a waterproofing part 22 which is positioned in the gap between the electric wire-covering section 20 and the power wire 13 and signal wire 14, and waterproofs the interval between the electric wire-covering section 20 and the power wire 13 and signal wire 14; and a protector 12 which holds the heat-shrinkable tubing 18 therein and has a stopper 42 located near the front end section of the heat-shrinkable tubing 18. Therein, the heat-shrinkable tubing 18 is configured in a manner such that the length dimension L1 of the sheath-covering section 19 is greater than the distance L2 between the stopper 42 and the front end section 16 of the electric wire-covering section 20.
