Abstract:
A multidirectional-die composite extrusion hydraulic press adopts a combined-type bidirectional pre-stress bearing rack and a combined-type double-X-type composite guide frame. The combined-type bearing rack comprises an upper horizontal beam (6), a lower horizontal beam (1) and two vertical upright beams (2; 4). A vertical working cylinder is provided in the upper horizontal beam (6) and the lower horizontal beam (1). Each equal-strength vertical upright beam (2; 4) comprises two equal-strength beams which are transversely connected through a sleeve, used for mounting a horizontal working cylinder and allowed to bear the working load in the horizontal direction. The combined-type guide frame comprises two guide bodies (51, 52). Guide sides of the guide bodies have protruding portions. First guide faces are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upper portions of the protruding portions, second guide faces are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower portions of the protruding portions, and extending lines of the first guide faces and the second guide faces all pass through the center of the combined-type bearing rack. The multidirectional-die composite extrusion hydraulic press has safe and reliable bearing capacity and running accuracy, the number of control shafts of the working cylinders reaches seven, and production process has various applications.
