Abstract:
Disclosed is a multifunction polyethylene plastic. The multifunction polyethylene plastic consists of polyethylene, a filler, an antistatic agent, an antioxidant, a toughener, a lubricant, a dispersant, and a coupling agent. The filler is glass powder. The antistatic agent is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. The antioxidant is hexamethylphosphoric triamide. The toughener is polyvinyl butyral. The lubricant is organic silicone oil. The dispersant is ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer. The coupling agent is titanium bis(dioctoxy formate pyrophosphate)ethylene. The present invention consists of polyethylene, the filler, the antistatic agent, the antioxidant, the toughener, the lubricant, the dispersant, and the coupling agent, the product so prepared has increased hardness, high intensity, static resistance, aging resistance, scratch resistance, great quality, and extended service life.
