Abstract:
A multifunctional automatic capping machine, comprising a clamping mechanism, a stamping mechanism and a bottom plate (1). The clamping mechanism is arranged on the upper end face of the bottom plate (1), the stamping mechanism is rotatably arranged above the bottom plate (1), a cover box (22) is arranged on the upper end face of the bottom plate (1) and located on one side of the clamping mechanism, a spring (23) is arranged at the bottom end of the inner side of the cover box (22), and a plurality of cover bodies (24) are arranged above the spring (23). With the automatic capping machine, semi-automatic operation of an apparatus can be achieved, reducing production costs and ensuring high-precision automatic capping. A pressing plate (19) and a clamping plate (6) are both provided with heaters (7, 25) to be suitable for a hot-pressing working environment, and are provided with a pressure sensing probe (14) and a pressure sensor (15) to monitor capping pressure, thereby avoiding poor finished products or sealing performance reduction caused by insufficient pressure.
