Abstract:
Disclosed is a multifunctional balloon dilatation catheter for intracorporeal membrane oxygenation, the catheter comprising a catheter hub (5) located at a proximal end of the catheter, a dilatation balloon (6) located at a distal end of the catheter, and M channels located in the catheter, wherein the M channels at least include a balloon dilatation channel (3), a positioning detection channel (4), a supply channel (2) and a secretion removal channel (1); the catheter hub (5) is a multi-channel connection device, and the M channels are separately connected to a therapeutic device outside the catheter by means of the catheter hub (5); and the catheter is inserted into pulmonary bronchioles (13), the balloon dilatation channel (3) is used for dilating a narrow portion of an airway, the positioning detection channel (4) is used for positioning during insertion, the supply channel (2) is used for continuously supplying oxygen or administering medicine to a patient, and the secretion removal channel (1) is used for removing a secretion in the airway. The multifunctional balloon dilatation catheter for intracorporeal membrane oxygenation, when used in the emergency treatment of a patient with pneumonia, especially with novel coronavirus disease 2019, can simultaneously and synchronously perform airway dilatation, oxygen supply, sputum aspiration, biopsy and other measures, thereby increasing the survival rate of patients and reducing damage to the lungs.
