Abstract:
Provided are a multifunctional biological drying conditioner and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: granulating biomass, and performing micro-oxygen activation to obtain porous carbon spheres; attaching polyethylene glycol to the porous carbon spheres, and then performing surface hydrophobic modification on the porous carbon spheres to obtain the multifunctional biological drying conditioner; and encapsulating the polyethylene glycol in porous carbon sphere micropores and mesopores to prevent leakage. Microorganisms are attached in the macroporous structure, such that contact with the outside can be kept, and an environment suitable for growth can be provided; and a silane coupling agent is used for surface hydrophobic modification to obtain a porous carbon sphere structure with a hydrophobic surface and a hydrophilic interior, the interior of the porous carbon sphere structure is hydrophilic to provide a suitable growth environment for thermophilic microorganisms, the surface hydrophobicity does not damage the conditioner structure, moisture is prevented from blocking holes, a moist and oxygen environment needed by microorganism growth is reserved, heat is kept by means of a heat storage material, and the high-temperature period of the biological drying system is prolonged.
