Abstract:
A multifunctional boiler pipe, comprising a seamless steel pipe body. The composition of the pipe body comprises the following components in mass percentage:15%-20% of carbon, 0.17%-0.23% of silicon, 0.38%-0.63% of phosphorus, 0.15%-0.35% of manganese, 0.3%-0.6% of molybdenum, and the balance being iron. Nitrogen is permeated on the surface of the pipe body to form a nitride layer and the thickness of the nitride layer is 0.1 mm-0.2 mm. The multifunctional boiler pipe has a better pressure-resistant property, and heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties, and is lower in cost.
