Abstract:
Provided is a multifunctional belt manufacturing method comprising, setting the following components: a masterbatch: 4%-6%, a TPU internal lubricant: 0.3%-1%, an anti-ultraviolet agent: 0.3-0.8%, a surface treatment agent: 0.5%-0.8%, and the balance of a fiber tape and polyurethane particles; combining the fiber tape material and the environment-friendly polymer material, wherein the environment-friendly polymer material is coated around the fiber tape, and the fiber tape and the polymer material are fused into a whole by using a high-temperature physical combining technique. The polymer material at the surface has wear-resistant performance, does not fade or is not scratched after a long-term use, and has a dry and smooth touch feel. The belt does not change or shift its color because no dye is used. The polymer material also has sweatproof and antibacterial functions, and the belt itself has no any odor. The belt is suitable as a military and police equipment belt, outdoor sport belt, high-end group uniform belt and men's fashion belt.
