A multifunctional comprehensive Smith trainer comprises two parallel bases (1). A supporting upright post (2) is vertically disposed on each base (1). A sliding wheel mounting frame (3) is connected to the supporting upright post (2) by means of a bent portion. A downward compression bar mounting upright post (4) is connected to the front end of the sliding wheel mounting frame (3), and the other end of the downward compression bar mounting upright post (4) is connected to the base (1). Multiple pin holes (5) are uniformly formed on the downward compression bar mounting upright post (4). An arm-bending downward compression rod (6), a hook (7) and a chest developer mounting base (8) are connected to the downward compression bar mounting upright post (4) from the bottom to the top by means of movable pins. A steering sliding wheel (9) is connected to the chest developer mounting base (8), and a chest developer (10) is connected to the steering sliding wheel (9). A track mounting rod (11) is disposed on one side of the downward compression bar mounting upright post (4). Tacks (12) are connected to the track mounting rod (11), the tacks (12) are parallel to the track mounting rod (11), and a laying push rod (13) is disposed between the tracks (12).
