A multifunctional cup container includes a container body, a controller, a cooler and a heater, wherein a accommodation cavity or a accommodation member that accommodates and supports a cup body or a tube-shaped body, a conducting connector device connected to the cooler, the heater and the controller are provided on the container body. The accommodation member is composed of a cup sleeve fixed on the container body, or a supporting block or a radiator block, or the combination of the cup sleeve and the supporting block or the radiator block. The supporting block or the radiator block is arranged immovably, or is connected to a movement machine by which it moves in radial direction with regard to a center of the accommodation cavity, or the combination thereof. The accommodation members in different forms are provided on the container body according to the present invention, which is convenient to accommodate and support the cup body or the tube-shaped body, in particular, the invention uses the radiator block, which can be used as a accommodation member or a supporting member, as well as can adjust the temperature of drink or the article in the container as a heat eliminating element, and has free arrangement manners and can be used easily, and utilizes effective space in the vehicle and saves power.
