Abstract:
Provided is a multifunctional electric welding machine, comprising a welding torch (1) and a welding device (2); the welding torch (1) comprises a nozzle and a circuit unit; the circuit unit comprises a parameter input unit (11), a signal processing unit (12), a display unit (13), and a welding torch communication unit (14); the parameter input unit (11) is used for inputting welding parameters; the display unit (13) is used for displaying said welding parameters; the welding torch communication unit (14) is used for connecting with the welding device (2) for performing data communication, and for supplying power to the circuit unit; the signal processing unit (12) is used for connecting with the parameter input unit (11), the display unit (13), and the welding torch communication unit (14), and for receiving and processing the signals transmitted from the parameter input unit (11) and the welding torch communication unit (14). The multifunctional electric welding machine integrates multiple functions, such as direct-current manual welding, argon arc welding, gas-shielded welding, and alternating-current gas-shielded welding; in the welding state, the actual current and voltage of the welding can be displayed in real time; in the parameter setting state, it is possible to adjust and display all parameters on the welding device, switch the welding mode and store and recall welding parameters, and achieve actual visual control.
