Disclosed in the present invention is a multifunctional fitness equipment, comprising: an equipment body, auxiliary supports being provided on the equipment body, and the auxiliary supports being rotatably provided on the equipment body, and being able to be unfolded or folded along rotation connection points; and elastic members, the elastic members being cooperatively connected to the auxiliary supports, and providing an elastic support force for the elastic members. According to the present invention, the structure can be folded for storage, occupies a small spatial area when not in use, and is convenient to transport and store; the equipment has multiple exercise modes, and corresponding components can be directly selected for exercise according to actual needs, thereby saving the time wasted by replacing a fitness equipment for switching a fitness item; the auxiliary force of the auxiliary supports can be adjusted to adapt to different requirements of different users; the overall structure is simple, and it is convenient to use.
