Abstract:
Provided are a fusion protein containing a recognition function domain, a recruitment function domain, an activation function domain, and an auxiliary killing function domain, a construction method therefor and an application thereof in the field of biomedicines. The fusion protein can recognize pathogens and mobilize an immune system to kill the pathogens, and has important application value for new drug research and development for treating pathogen infection or tumor cells.
