Abstract:
A multifunctional gold stamping device having a UV curing function, comprising a supporting mechanism, a paper feeding mechanism (4), a UV curing mechanism (5), a pressing fitting mechanism (6), a separation mechanism, and a conveying mechanism. The supporting mechanism comprises a bracket (1). The conveying mechanism is disposed on the bracket (1). The paper feeding mechanism (4) is arranged on the side of the conveying mechanism. The UV curing mechanism (5), the pressing fitting mechanism (6), and the separation mechanism are sequentially arranged above the conveying mechanism. The conveying mechanism comprises a conveyor belt. According to the gold stamping device, a limiting assembly is arranged on a paper feeding end, so that an input angle of the paper can be adjusted before the paper is fed, and thus a paper jam caused by the sinking of the end portion of the paper due to gravity is avoided; two UV lamp tubes and a variable frequency power supply are used in combination, so that the short-time high-power drying can be realized, thereby improving the drying effect; an integral microporous belt is arranged, so that the application range of the material is improved while improving the air suction amount, the practicability is higher, and the higher market promotion value is achieved.
